Upon arriving at Hilton Strasbourg, guests are welcomed and briefed on how the experience unfolds. Allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions are carefully noted. All personal and light-emitting items are stored securely in lockers. Then, a guide-server escorts the guests into the dark room for an immersive dining experience. At the end of the meal, a team member reveals the surprise menu using photos, offering a fun moment of discovery. To finish the evening, the Hilton bar is the perfect place to relax and reflect over a cocktail.
