The Chef at Hilton Strasbourg took on the challenge of creating a menu to be enjoyed entirely in the dark at Dans le Noir ? Strasbourg. By playing with textures, flavors, and aromas, the Chef has crafted a surprising and innovative menu designed to awaken your taste buds. With the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients, the flavors are even more intense in the dark.

How the experience unfolds

Upon arrival, guests prepare to embark on a truly memorable experience. All allergies and food intolerances are taken into account by our team upon your arrival. Personal items, including mobile phones, are securely stored away for a fully immersive experience. Then, in complete darkness, guests are guided by a server to fully immerse themselves in this magical and meaningful journey, shifting their perception of the world.

The three-course menu

This menu includes a full meal for one person, consisting of a starter, main course, and dessert. If desired, guests can also add a wine pairing to enhance the tasting experience. The experience concludes with a debriefing of the surprise menu. Laughter and astonishment are guaranteed!
